About Ezra
I’m Ezra Gonzalez. I build websites, marketing systems, AI automation, and growth infrastructure for businesses — and I do it all myself.
That’s not a limitation. It’s the whole point.
I’ve been doing this for over ten years. More than 100 websites. $150,000 generated from a single webinar. Social audiences past 350,000 followers. Second round of Shark Tank. And every single client I work with came from a referral — because the people I’ve worked with keep sending me more.
I’m based in San Diego, and I work with clients worldwide.
How I Got Here
I’ve been an entrepreneur my entire life. I never had a typical job. Even in college, while studying Business Management at Point Loma Nazarene University, I was building something on the side.
Back then, I wanted to be a motivational speaker. So I did what made sense — I started an Instagram page about intrinsic motivation and started writing.
My favorite quote has always been Henry Ford’s: “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.”
That was the foundation. I posted every single day — and I didn’t stop after a month, or after a year. I posted over 900 days in a row without missing once.
After the first full year, I had 980 followers.
Most people would have quit. I studied what worked, learned the mechanics of social media, and kept going. The next year, I hit 30,000.
I started building more accounts, testing strategies, and learning what actually moves the needle. I launched a blog called The Book of Letters — poems, prayers, and teachings — and grew it to over 100,000 followers with around 1,000 website visitors a day. People were reading, sharing, and reaching out constantly.
That’s when it clicked. The same skills that built an audience around personal development could bring attention to businesses.
I started Instagram accounts focused on San Diego and eventually grew my total audience past 350,000 followers. Businesses started asking for help. So I started building websites. Then marketing campaigns. Then full business systems.
Here’s the part that matters: I learned all of it myself — because I had to. When I started, I couldn’t afford to hire a graphic designer, a web developer, a social media manager, and a copywriter. So I became all of them.
I learned how to learn, how to study what the best people were doing, and how to refine my own methods until the work spoke for itself.
That wasn’t a phase. That became the entire model.
“That wasn’t a phase. That became the entire model.”
Then AI Got Real
For years, I was doing everything manually — and doing it well. I was helping businesses get off the ground long before AI was part of the conversation.
But when frontier AI models started getting genuinely powerful, everything changed.
I’ve always been obsessive about learning. I stay on the cutting edge of every innovation in my field — not because it’s trendy, but because the tools keep getting better and my clients deserve the best version of what’s possible right now.
When frontier models emerged, I didn’t wait. I learned how to code with AI, how to architect systems with it, how to pair different models for different tasks. Every new capability I master gets reinvested into the depth and quality of what I deliver. The bar keeps rising, and I rise with it.
I’m not talking about ChatGPT. I’m talking about the most advanced models in the world — the ones most people don’t know exist, the ones that cost real money to access, and the ones that are each built differently because they excel at different tasks.
I realized that by pairing and combining multiple frontier models, one person could deliver what used to require an entire agency — with more precision and better results.
That realization led to SolveSleepApnea.com. I built the entire digital infrastructure from scratch for a dental sleep medicine network serving Southern California — the website, the AI concierge bots, the multi-location patient routing architecture, the content systems, and the lead-to-appointment pipeline that generates patients and places them with vetted provider partners.
It was the proof of concept for everything I do now.
And because everything is built model-agnostic, when a more powerful model launches next month, the systems upgrade with it. Nothing gets locked into yesterday’s technology.
One Person. By Design.
When one person handles your strategy, your website, your marketing, and your automation, nothing gets lost between departments. Nothing gets watered down by a committee. Nothing ships without someone who actually cares about the outcome reviewing every detail.
AI handles the heavy lifting — research, analysis, content production, code, automation. That frees me up to focus on strategy, creative direction, and the quality control that only a human can do.
The result? You get one person who understands your entire business, makes decisions with full context, and is personally accountable for every deliverable. No hand-offs. No miscommunication. No finger-pointing between departments.
Your job is to make more money doing what you’re good at. My job is everything else — because that’s what I’m good at.
Where I Go Deep
I work with clients worldwide — from concert promotion companies in Spain to futures trading firms in Dubai to restaurants here in San Diego.
I’ve written business plans for international food conglomerates and built growth infrastructure for businesses across industries. The range is wide because the fundamentals are the same: understand the business, build the right systems, and execute at a level that makes people come back.
But there are two niches where I’ve gone deeper than anyone else.
Luxury Watch Dealers & Custom Jewelers
I founded WatchDealerWebsites.com and have built over 60 custom websites for high-end dealers and jewelers across the country. Most of these businesses don’t have a physical storefront — their website is their entire brand. I build sites that make their inventory look as premium online as it does in person, with systems that let me deploy high-quality sites at scale without cutting corners.
Healthcare
Beyond SolveSleepApnea.com, I help healthcare-adjacent companies build complete practice infrastructure from scratch — websites, marketing, business automation, AI voice concierge agents that answer the phone 24/7, pre-qualify patients, book appointments, and handle everything a front desk would. I build the entire system so providers can focus on patient care.
The Résumé
Outside the Work
I’m based in San Diego, California — which is an excellent place to think clearly and build things.
When I’m not building business infrastructure, I’m usually deep in something that has nothing to do with screens. That balance matters — it’s where the perspective comes from.
I should be honest about one thing: I’m a complete workaholic. I love what I do. I’m grateful for what I do. And I take it personally when something I build doesn’t perform.
That’s probably why every client I work with ends up sending me two or three more. The work speaks, and people talk.
I take on clients worldwide, and I work best with people who are serious about what they’re building. Not tire-kickers. Not people looking for the cheapest option.
I work with professionals who understand that quality costs something and that the right investment pays for itself many times over.
